Squadron 14 is a Delhi-based design studio led by Adityan Melekalam, working across the fields of fashion, art, and culture. The studio’s practice spans varied disciplines and collaborators, requiring a digital presence that could bring clarity and cohesion to a wide-ranging body of work.
During my time at the studio, I led the design team working on the portfolio website. The challenge was not simply to build a showcase, but to create a framework that could communicate the depth, intent, and diversity of the studio’s projects in a clear and considered way.
We approached the website with restraint—using a clean, minimal structure and generous white space to foreground the work itself. Particular attention was given to the curation and creation of project graphics, ensuring that each case study communicated not only the final outcome, but also the process, context, and scope behind it.
The result is a digital portfolio that functions as both archive and narrative system—allowing the studio’s multidisciplinary practice to feel coherent, legible, and distinctly its own.
